Looking for the perfect small event space in Chicago? Ours sits on the most charming street in Lincoln Square. This space was made for baby showers, first birthday parties, dinner parties, chef dinners, and more. Bring your own decor and food, or hire our favorite local vendors and let us handle the details.

You need a space for your party of up to 45 guests
You want something that feels casual and inviting like your home but you don’t have space to seat 20 friends
You want a space that feels intimate and private- shared space in a restaurant isn’t your vibe

Space for 18-30 guests seated, up to 45 guests for cocktail style events
Two long farm tables and 25 bentwood chairs
Additional cocktail tables and linens, dishes, glassware, and flatware, and additional serving dishes

Friday - Sunday rate of $125/ hour with a 4 hour minimum
Weekday rates of $90/ hour with 2 hour minimium
$125 cleaning fee

Celebrating something special and need an event planner to set the vibe and run the show? Our full-service event planning covers it all, from design and vendors to setup, day-of coordination, and teardown. You get to be fully present and show up like a guest at your own party. This one’s for you.
